The Holiday season is upon us! We here at Banshee have been hard at work getting stocked and ready for the holiday season. We’ve got some great deals on regularly stocked items from now until Dec 24th.

Registration for Warriors in the Woods VI is well underway. We have just hit the half way marker of 200 players! Spots are starting to fill quickly and this game is shaping up to be even better than Operation Rhino, and that was a pretty darn good game.
We have a lot of great surprises in store for Operation Cobra and we hope to out-do ourselves yet again. We are currently gathering smoke bombs and fireworks to arm our pyro crew and with the help from over 25 volunteers we looking forward to WWVI and we hope the players are as well.

For the sake of protecting identity we will call the young man in this next story Bob.
Bob came in recently from the valley to visit Banshee Paintball. On the short walk to the store from his vehicle, a police officer passed by and caught a glimpse of what appeared to be firearm. The police officer forcefully instructed Bob freeze and cautiously approached him with procedure like apprehension. Once the police officer was made aware that it was in fact a paintball marker, a sigh of relief came from them both. At this point Bob was already directly across from the store where this photo was shot from our window. His marker was not confiscated luckily, but let this be fair warning. Incidences like this give the sport of Paintball a bad reputation. So remember;

Well, as I’m sure you’re all very interested and salivating with anticipation as to the announcement of the victors of the big game, we here at Banshee Paintball will keep you waiting no longer. However, before we get to that we just wanted to say a little something.
The game took several vigorous months to plan and execute and though it’s sad that it is already over its kind of nice to be able to sit back and take the time to write this. The employees of Banshee Paintball took a lot of time to go over the points from the game. All we can say is wow, what a great game. We hope everyone had a great time, as we sure did and I just want to say the game was very close thanks to everyone’s dedication and hard work during the game. Everyone was giving it their all, which is very clear from the scores. However, just before we give the final score a quick word if you don’t mind about scenario paintball such as Warrior in the Woods.
There were two aspects to this amazing game, one of course is the paintball side of things the other is the scenario aspect. Each of these becomes their own game in many respects and as such congratulations and respect should be give to the side that won the paintball game and the side that won the scenario.
As the smoke cleared at the end of the day, the players wiping paint from their lenses and sweat from their brows and the field laying scattered in paint, only one team remained on the field of battle. It was a long hard fight as Strudleburg was defended by a powerful and skilled fighting force. Every inch of that field was earned, painfully. But when that final horn sound, General Tatsuko and his Allied forces remained, victors of Operation: Rhino. The Axis fought hard and it was an excellent battle to behold, kudos to both sides. However, that was only the scenario aspect of the game.
Paintball is another story altogether, and at the end of the day, paintball is what we were all playing. Every player shot and eliminated cost their team points on the overall day. As well, there were many other things, such as the downed paratrooper, the Museum artefacts and the hidden gold that afforded the team that obtained them additional points. Again, this was an excellent day of paintball and the firefights were outstanding. After careful calculation the points were tallied and the winner was discovered. Though both teams played a skilled and tactical game it appears that under the leadership of General VonBull and his aide Major Kriegspel the Axis forces were indeed victorious.
Again, congratulations to the Axis team, and well played to everyone who joined us for Warriors in the Woods V: Operation Rhino. You all made it a great success!

AXIS: 469 Points       ALLIED: 451 Points

Here at Banshee paintball, we’ve been slaving over ideas for the much anticipated Warriors in the Woods 5. My slave driver took her eye off me for a couple of moments and I slipped away to write this article. For this WW event, we are introducing unique characters such as Nigel Abbott BBC field reporter and Hans Schliden ANN reporter, literally hundreds of props, and other classified material to be released at a later date will be present as well. The event paint for the game is also still up in the air. However, it will be arriving March 31st.

Also, the new BT 1913 barrels are in at Banshee. With the 14, and 20 inch options, and A-5, and 98 threads these barrels are a must for any “machine gunner” on the field.

As General Von Bull, and his arch nemesis B-Gen. I.R. Tatsukao face off for this epic battle, only time will tell to the outcome. Both generals sport excellent command staffs, and appear to have equally matched forces under their command. It’s shaping out to be one heck of a fight.

This will be the first issue of “The Banshee News” in nearly two years, we at Banshee Paintball are happy to be able to once again provide this service for the Atlantic paintball community!

This land mark event will mark the fifth annual Warriors in the Woods event and it promises to be a good one. Banshee staff is planning to launch over two thousand dollars worth of pyrotechnics at the event, and 400+ players are expected to be in attendance. This event promises to be the best ever so sign up now!
