Policy

Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days and accompanied by a receipt.
2. Goods must be in original condition and packaging.
3. Products under warranty will be served under warranty conditions.
4. Clearance/Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
5. Broken stocks and malfunctioning electronics are non-refundable. Please view Warranty conditions.

Warranty
Banshee Paintball will assist in repairing minor technical issues free of charge with proof of purchase.
All other issues can be attempted to repair at owners expense (please refer to repair charges page).
Banshee Paintball does not Warranty Manufacturers defects and Electronic malfunctions. Please contact the respective Paintball Company for technical assistance.

Installation Fee
$20 per hour fee to install any upgrades

Orders
All specialty orders will require payment up front. In the event that the customer is unsatisfied with the pre-purchased item, a Banshee Paintball store credit will be issued. This credit will not expire.
